New York Deli Pastrami Kinishwich with Fried Pickles & Spicy Ranch Dip

This sandwich represents the famous deli's of New York City which are often featured on the tv food shows....the pastrami I used is from the famous Katz's Deli...in NY Village...they hand cut the meat & in my opinion it the best pastrami anywhere....my sandwich is unique because i use a potato kinish as a substitue for the bread..giving it a totaly different texture & tast...you cannot purchase this sandwich in the deli's....served along with fried pickle spears ..made to look like french fries that are to be dipped in a spicy ranch dip.......Pastrami..Kinishes & Pickles are staple ingredients in the NY Deli & this dish represents some of New Yorks unique foods!!!
