Mix the flour, protein powder, baking powder, and blueberries together.

Combine the milk and egg whites to the dry ingredients until just combined.

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Spray some cooking spray on to the pan.

Scoop the batter onto the hot pan into whatever size pancakes you wish.(I like to make several medium sized pancakes)

Cook until you see little bubbles on top and the edges starting to firm up. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
