In a serving dish, spread a layer of prepared hummus as the first layer.

Add a layer of mixed greens with green leaf lettuce, white cabbage, and red cabbage as the second layer.

Air fry frozen falafel for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C), then add on top.

Place sliced avocado with lemon juice and a pinch of salt next to the falafel and potato sticks (chips).

For the dressing, mix tahini with water and a pinch of salt until smooth.

Garnish with sesame seeds, nigella seeds, za'atar, dried mint, and sumac.
