Steps

Cook the salt, onions and garlic in oil. Cook until soft.

Add the beef mince and cook until brown

Add the spices

Once fragrant add the tins of tomatoes and cottage cheese and bring to a boil
- 5
Once boiling turn to medium heat and add oxo cubes, kidney beans and tomato paste

Simmer for 30mins

Serve with basmati rice
- 8
Serve with coriandwr garnish and enjoy.
Macros split over 4 portions with 130g of cooked white basmati rice are:
54g of carbs
7g of fat
48g of protein.If you want less carbs eat less rice and have a salad starter.
