Peel and cut potatoes.

Finely chop coriander,mint,chillies and onion.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in ginger garlic and cumin and fry till light golden.

Add in water,potatoes and all the spices.

Cook covered till potatoes are tender and water dries up.

Add in vegetables and mix well.

Make round cutlets.

Heat oil in a pan.

Dip cutlets in egg.

Shallow fry till light golden.

Serve hot.
