4medium size fish
1 Tspgarlic powder
1/4 Tspturmeric powder
1/3 Tspsalt
1/3 Tspred chilli powder
Mustard oil

Wash the cleaned fish. Marinade with the masala powder as mentioned above for 30 minutes.

Heat mustard oil. Fry one fish at a time from all sides in medium to low flame.
