Steps

Put the fine bulgur in a deep bowl and add enough hot water to cover it. Close the lid and wait until the water has absorbed.

Mix the yogurt, crushed garlic and salt.

When the bulgur has cooled, add the cucumber pickled cut into small cubes and the roasted red peppers. Add the finely chopped dill. Add the yoghurt and mix it all together and transfer to the serving plate.

Mix olive oil, tomato paste, chili pepper and mint in a small pan and cook for a few minutes on the stove. Then pour it over the bulgur.
