Marinate pork slices with soy, a little flour. Then set aside.

Wash well veggies then blanch it. Remove drain and set aside.

Heat wok and pour oil. Sautee garlic, ginger and shallots.

Add pork and cook until pork is ready.

Then add bakchoy, mix it and pour oyster sauce. Mix again.

Stir fry a while then serve it.
