  1. 14.75 canwild caught salmon, drained
  2. 1/4 cupparsley, dried or fresh
  3. 1 tspChipotle pepper
  4. 1/2 tsppaprika
  5. 1 tspcumin
  6. 2 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1 tsporegano
  8. Salt
  9. 2eggs
  10. 1/4 cupcrushed tortilla chips or breadcrumbs
  11. 1/2red onion diced small

Cooking Instructions

    Pre heat oven to 350

    Mix all ingredients and shape into balls. Spread oil or spray parchment covered baking tray. Add meatballs to pan

  3. 3

    Cook 15-17 minutes. If you like them a bit more crisp, broil on low for last 4 minutes
