Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgpork pigue
  • 6 pcstokwa, fried and cut into cubes
  • Sauce: Combine the following ingredients
  • 1/2 cupchopped onions
  • 1/2 cup(or 8 Tbsp) vinegar
  • 1/4 cup(or 4 Tbsp) Maggi Savor, Chiligarlic
  • 2tsps sugar
  • 1/4 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil pork for about 45 minutes or until tender. Cut into cubes then set aside.

  2. 2

    In a medium bowl, slightly toss together pork and fried tokwa.

    Drizzle mixture with about 1/2 of the sauce.

    Serve with the remaining sauce.
