Steps

Cut the mangos into 1 inch cubes. Heat mustard oil, add hing, panch poran, red chilli, curry leaves and the mangoes. Fry for few minutes till mangos turn little soft.

Add 1/2 cup water, salt, turmeric, chilli powder and cook covered in medium flame.
- 3
Check for the tenderness of mangos, when almost cooked, add jaggery and roasted cumin powder. Reduce the water content completely and switch off.
