Heat oil in a pan, add the onions & saute for 2 minutes.Next add the tomatoes & mix well, season with salt, cook for 2 minutes till tomatoes go soft.then add the spice powder & tomato puree & cook for another 2 minutes.Now add the paneer, mix well & cook for 5 minutes.Take off the the lid & dry out the masala, remove from heat and keep warm.Now for the dough, take the ingredients besides the all-purpose flour in a bowl, add water & knead to a soft dough.

Now roll out the dough & cut into a rectangular shape, spread butter on ¾ of the dough & make a book fold.Once the folds are complete, roll out the dough & cut into rectangles. Add the paneer filling & fold the edges & seal well.
now deep fry then in oil.Serve hot with ketchup.
