Ingredients

8 servings
  • 8whole potatoes
  • 8 clovesgarlic
  • 1/2 stickbutter
  • 1 cupchopped chives
  • 8of cream cheese
  • 8 ozsour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cupscream. Can use milk

Steps

    Put milk in pot

  2. 2

    Cut potatoes into 2 inch pieces

  3. 3

    Put garlic and potatoes in milk. Simmer until cooked

  4. 4

    Add butter chives crème cheese, sour crème, salt pepper, mash until smooth.
