Ingredients

  1. 1 cartonlow sodium beef broth (900 ml)
  2. 1 packagecubed beef
  3. 4carrots
  4. 5 potatoes
  5. 1/2yellow onion
  6. 1/2red pepper
  7. 1tspoon italian seasoning
  8. salt
  9. pepper
  10. 1 packetdry onion soup mix
  11. 1 cancream of celery condensed soup
  12. 1tblspoon of ketchup
  13. 3tblspoon of arrowroot powder or cornstarch
  14. 1 cupfrozen peas

Cooking Instructions

    On sautee mode, add some olive oil and add beef cubes. Season with salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. Add finely diced onions and red pepper. Cook until beef is brown (5 mins)

    Add the rest of ingredients except thickener (arrowroot or cornstarch

  3. 3

    Cook using normal high pressure for 30 minutes. Natural release for 10 minutes. Then quick release before opening.

    Mix 3 tablespoons of arrowroot powder or cornstarch with a bit of cold water and then stir into stew.
