Need a healthy and easy dinner! This stuffed pepper with turkey burger will do the trick!

Cut your pepper in half, remove the seeds

Put them in the oven for 8 minutes on bake (400)

While the peppers are cooking, add your onion, mushrooms, seasoning, and garlic to a pan and cook

After about 4 minutes of cooking the vegetables, add the turkey burger and let it cook

Then add the marinara sauce and rice

Take a peppers out of the oven and stuff them and place them bake in the oven for 15 minutes

Then after 15 minutes, open the oven, add the cheese on top, and cook for another 5 minutes

Once that time is up, remove and enjoy!!!
