Steps

First wash the peel nicely and cut into the small fine pieces.

Heat oil in a kadai add kaloungi, chopped green chillies and saute few seconds then add chopped bottle gourd peels, salt, turmeric powder and mix it well cook them on low flame until the peels are soft and fry.

Now add grated coconut and mix it properly well and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
