Jawar beetroot paneer healthy paratha

Today I have made tasty delicious healthy paratha.
Steps

First peel the beetroot and cut into the small pieces. Take a grinder jar add beetroot pieces and grind it into the smooth paste with little water.

Take a bowl add jawar floor, oats powder, oil, sesame seeds, salt, mix it well and knead a soft dough with adding little water. Apply some oil on the dough and rest for 10-15 minutes.

Now divide into equal portions. Dust some flour on the surface and flatten with the help of a rolling pin to make a thin round paratha.

Now heat tawa and place the paratha on it. Add some ghee and roast the paratha well from the both sides until golden brown.

Make paneer mixture -
Take a bowl add grated paneer, chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt, chaat masala powder, chilli flakes, oragano, chopped green chillies and mix it properly. Paneer mixture is ready. - 6
Take a plate, place the jawar beetroot paratha and spread the paneer mixture on the paratha and fold it. Jawar beetroot paneer paratha is ready to serve.
