Delicious pan-seared pork ribs with a spicy red sauce made from chile de árbol!

Cut the ribs into medium-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper, then fry in a skillet until well browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and chiles. Sauté over medium heat.

Once sautéed, blend everything on high speed. Return the blended mixture to the skillet along with the ribs and zucchini (sliced into half-moons). Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the zucchini is cooked to your liking.

Serve with rice and enjoy!
