Heat the oil in dish then add the sausages to the it and put in the oven that is heated to 160°C. Cook the sausages for 40 minutes. After 20 mins, turn over the sausages to let the other side cook.

Peel the potatoes until no skin remain then chop the potatoes into chunks before boiling in water for 20-25 minutes.

Drain the potatoes using a colander then put them back in the pan and mash before adding the butter and milk.

Mix gravy granules with boiling water and keep stirring until it thikens.

Place on a plate then enjoy 👍
