Steps
- 1
Boil a large pan of lightly salted water then add spaghetti and cook according to packet
- 2
Add milk and sachet together in a jug and mix well and leave to one side
- 3
Dice up bacon (or can use bacon lardons if easier) and fry for 5-6mins (I like my bacon crispy so I do it for around 8-10mins)
- 4
Once bacon is cooked to how you like it add the sauce mixture to the pan and stir continuously until the sauce starts to boil, then simmer for around 6-8 minutes (again I like my sauce thick so I leave mine simmering on low until it’a thick and creamy
- 5
Drain spaghetti and add into the sauce mixture. Stir well and dish into bowls. I personally then add a sprinkle off cheese, crunchy bacon bits with a side of garlic bread or salad and MWAH 🤌🏼
