Multigrain aata Instant Aloo paratha

First of all, put multigen flour in a mixing bowl, add salt, hing and oil to it and mix.

Then prepare a mixer of stuffing.
Take a bowl, add meshed potatoes, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, green chill, coriander leaves, sejwan sauce or chutney, maggi masala, cheese, salt,lemon juice. Mix every thing nicely. - 3
Then take one small piece of dough according to paratha, spread with the help of flour and fill the stuffing of potatoes.
Round it then roll it with the help of rolling pin and wheat flour. - 4
Then heat the tawa pan and roast both the side of paratha with butter or ghee.

Roasting in a medium /sim flame upto golden brown in color.

Make all paratha 's in same process.

Serve it with hot milk,sauce, or with coriander chutney. 😘💖
