Ingredients

10 mins
1 cucumber serves 1-4 people
  • 1cucumber
  • 2lime
  • Garlic shaker
  • Spicy powder. Any would work but would recommend pico limón or pico de Gallo. If you don’t like spicy food U can put Tajín
  • Tapatío (optional if want it spicy)
  • Salt

    Get ingredients

    Peal cucumber

    Cut tips than cut in the middle

    Cut in half again

    Cut into strips or into shapes (would recommend shapes)

    Put cucumbers in bowl

  7. 7

    Add spicy powder, garlic, tapatío, salt or Tajín (There is no measurements, put as much as you want.)

    Mix with spoon of fork

    (Optional) boil hot dog meat. Cut up and put in cucumbers. (Jennie-O Turkey hot dog meat) turkey is better than any other hot dog meat for this.

    And enjoy(I will have a different type of Pico de gallo made of hot dog meat coming soon)
