Ingredients

  • Stickbutter
  • 1onion sliced
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • 1 cupwhite vinegar
  • 1 cupapple cider vinegar
  • 1sliced lemon
  • A fewsquirts of hot sauce
  • 2 tbspWorcestershire dauce
  • 2 tbspgranulated mustard
  • 2 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspred chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • Liquid (to thin sauce)

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in a pot. Add onion and garlic. Sear until softened

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients(minus water). Bring to a simmer.

  3. 3

    Add liquid to thin sauce.
