Colorful Dome Shaped Fruit Yogurt Jelly

I though kids would like it if I put a huge dome shaped jello for dessert. I think it's fun to cut up the gelatin like a cake in a festive way.

Adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste.
The fruit I used were: 5 strawberries, 1 banana, 1/8 honeydew melon, 3 halved canned yellow peaches. For 1 18cm bowl. Recipe by Sougenusagi

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1Fruits of your choice
  2. 300 gramsPlain yogurt
  3. 200 mlMilk
  4. 3 tbspSugar
  5. 1 dashVanilla extract
  6. ★Softened Gelatin★
  7. 10 gramsGelatin powder
  8. 5 tbspWater

Steps

    Soak the gelatin in water and let stand for a while to soften. Cut the fruit into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl.

    Add milk and sugar in a pot and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and add the softened gelatin. Turn off the heat and cool.

    When the gelatin mixture has cooled to room temperature, add yogurt and combine. Add vanilla extract.

    Add the gelatin mixture to the fruit bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

    When the jelly is completely set, warm the bowl over hot water so that it's easy to remove.

    Unmold the jelly onto a plate and it's done! You can decorate with whipping cream and/or fruit sauce if you like.
