  • 3 lbcertified angus beef stew meat
  • 1 can@10 3/4 oz.cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelopeonion soup mix
  • 1 can7-up or sprite

Steps

  1. 1

    put meat into crock pot.pour the soup over the meat, put in soup mix,then add your 7-up or sprite.

  2. 2

    cook on low heat for 8-10 hrs.at the least cook for 4 hrs.

  3. 3

    turn off heat,and let stand for 30 min.

  4. 4

    serve over rice or noodles.

This was fantastic, added sliced portabello muchrooms and sliced vadalia onion, thickened it up with corn starch.
