I make these every Christmas. Not your traditional Christmas cookie, but mine are gone first ;)
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter with brown sugar and sugar. Mix in egg and vanilla.

Mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt until thoroughly combined. Mix into butter/sugar mixture.

Drop by rounded tablespoon on to parchment paper lined baking sheets. Flatten cookies with hand, lightly press bits of remaining butterfinger on top. Bake for 8 minutes max. Let cookies firm up a bit on the sheet before transferring to cooling racks.

Crush or finely chop 8 oz of butterfinger candies, fold in about 8 oz to the cookie dough.
