Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 smallbowl full Ramen noodles
  2. 5 tbspPlain white flour
  3. 5 tbspRamen soup
  4. (If you don't have ramen soup)
  5. 2 1/2 tbspMentsuyu
  6. 2 1/2 tbspWater
  7. 1Sesame oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Combine flour and soup (if you don't have any, the mentsuyu and water) in a bowl and mix together. When they are well mixed, add the noodles.

  2. 2

Spread sesame oil in a frying pan and pan fry the step 1 mixture. They'll be easy to eat if you divide it into 4 portions.

  3. 3

Make the fritters as thin and flat as possible to make them cook to a crispy, delicious finish.

  4. 4

Turn the fritters over to fry the other side, and serve.

  5. 5

They are tasty topped with chopped leek or shredded nori seaweed.
