Time-Saving Cabbage & Bacon in the Microwave

I wanted something delicious and easy!
-Prepare through Step 2 the previous night, then just microwave it in the morning! Easy peasy!
-Since the bacon gives the dish plenty of flavor, it'll only need a bit of extra seasoning.
-Be careful not to burn yourself when removing the plastic wrap! For 2 bento servings. Recipe by Yukikin

Steps
- 1
Chop the cabbage and bacon into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Create layers of cabbage and bacon in a heat-resistant dish, then sprinkle on the consommé stock granules. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
- 3
Microwave it for 2 minutes and 20 seconds (or until the cabbage is cooked but still firm with a bit of crunch). Mix it all up, season with pepper, then it's ready!!
