Buckwheat is full of nutrition.It has potassium which helps in controlling blood sugar.It helps in digestion and high in fiber.I have made firni with it and to add some more cooling effect,I have used gond katira with rose syrup.

Buckwheat is full of nutrition.It has potassium which helps in controlling blood sugar.It helps in digestion and high in fiber.I have made firni with it and to add some more cooling effect,I have used gond katira with rose syrup.

Mix buckwheat flour and 1/2 cup cold milk.Mix it well.

Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan,when it starts boiling,add buckwheat mixture and stir it continuously to avoid lumps.Add sugar and mix.Milk will become thick.Switch off the gas stove.Let it cool.

Take 4 small glasses,first fill them with Gond katira jelly,pour rose syrup over it.Now pour buckwheat firni on it.Garnish it with some tutti frutti.Keep it in the fridge for 1/2 an hour and then serve.

Your delicious firni is ready to serve.
