Ingredients

  • 2 +1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tb.spoon.-Buckwheat flour
  • 3 tb.spoon.-Sugar
  • 2 tb.spoon.- Gond katira or badam pisin (soaked in water overnight)
  • 4 tb.spoon.-Rose syrup
  • 2 tb.spoon.-tutti fruitti

Steps

30 min.
  1. 1

    Mix buckwheat flour and 1/2 cup cold milk.Mix it well.

    Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan,when it starts boiling,add buckwheat mixture and stir it continuously to avoid lumps.Add sugar and mix.Milk will become thick.Switch off the gas stove.Let it cool.

    Take 4 small glasses,first fill them with Gond katira jelly,pour rose syrup over it.Now pour buckwheat firni on it.Garnish it with some tutti frutti.Keep it in the fridge for 1/2 an hour and then serve.
