Leftover Palak Paneer Paratha

First of all, take flour in a mixing bowl, add spinach cheese and salt to it and make a soft dough by adding water as required.

Add 1 tbsp oil to it and mix it well. Keep covered for 30 minutes

Take a roti-sized ball from it, flatten it into a round shape and roll it like a roti.

Put the paratha on a hot griddle and cook on medium flame till it turns golden brown on both the sides.

Serve the hot paratha by placing it in a serving plate.
