300 gbeef liver, sliced
1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbspsfresh Turmeric, pounded
1 onion, sliced
5-6 chilies, sliced
2 spring onion, cut into 1 inch
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oysters sauce
1 tbsp olive oil

Heat the wok, pour the olive oil. Add garlic, stir fry until fragrant. Add beef liver and turmeric, stir fry until cook. Add chilies and onion. Seasoning with salt and oysters sauce. Stir fry until cook ready to enjoy.
