This Charred Corn Hotdog was inspired by Mexico

In a pan, heat the Olive Oil over medium heat.

Fry the dried Corn until browned. Add in the Onion and cook until the onion is translucent. Season with salt and pepper. Take off the heat and set aside.

In a small bowl combine Mayonnaise and Lime Juice. Set aside.

Cut the Hotdog bun down the middle and place the Boere Wors in the center of the bun.

Top the hotdog with the Corn mixture, lime mayonnaise. Crumbled the feta over and sprinkle the Spring Onion over. Finish off with a sprinkle of Chili Powder and serve.
