Chard and chickpeas
Easy vegetable based dish.
Steps

Chip the garlic and the parsley

Add a dash olive oil to a large pan and fry the mix of garlic and parsley for around a minute

Wash and chop the chard leaves not too thinly, 3 to 4 cm sections
- 4
Add the chard to the pan and stir fry for about 10 to 15 min, till the green part gets darker green and the white part softens a bit

Add the chickpeas to the pan and keep frying for another 5 to 10 min
- 6
Add the salt and pepper at your taste

Serve and enjoy!
