Bulgur Pilaff with Vegetables

Put the butter and olive oil in a pan and heat.

Add the onions and peppers cut into small cubes, mix, cook.

Add tomato/pepper paste and spices, salt, mix, cook for a few minutes.

Add the cut tomatoes and mix without crushing.

Add the washed and drained bulgur and mix.

Add the hot water and mix.

When it boils, close the lid of the pan and cook at the lowest temperature for 20-25 minutes.

When the water is completely absorbed, turn off the stove and let it rest for 10 minutes.
