Raddish crispy and layered paratha

This is a traditional Punjabi dish cuisine delicacy served usually with butter 🧈 ,curd, pickles.
These exotic paratha can be divine when served with lip smacking curries 🍛 😋.
I want highlight the health benefits of Raddish .Raddish is very good for liver and help to cure jaundice. In addition it also improves the metabolism and digestion. Hence reducing the risk of piles and constipation.
Furthermore Raddish is diuretic in behavior which help to increase the production of urine .
Finally Raddish is considered to be cure for skin cancer and any respiratory disorders

Steps

Grate Raddish and add wheat flour with Carrom seeds/Bishops seeds or Ajwain and red pepper 🌶 powder to it. Squeeze flour with grated Raddish b'cos Raddish already contains a lot of water 💧 so to measure how much water 💧 is needed to make dough this process of squeezing much helpful.

With a glass of water 💧 make dough and take small pieces of dough and form round balls.

To remove stickiness use dry wheat flour and cover all balls with it.

Take a ball of dough,put on rolling board and rolling pin spread it to make small round shape.

Take a drops of oil or half teaspoon oil and spread on semi circle of spreaded dough ball. Then fold it by the other side where oil not spreaded to oil side as shown in picture.
Then again spread drops of oil on half of the half semi circle and then fold it by other half of the half semi circle to oil spreaded half of semi circle.

If this folded has stickiness then cover with dry wheat flour.
With the help of rolling board and rolling pin spread it.
Put it on pre heated Tawa (GRIDDLE OR INDIAN FRY PAN) and as your choice
(1) put oil before putting spreaded whole wheat flat bread.
(2)directly without oil put it on Tawa(GRIDDLE ORINDIANFRY PAN).after some time ⏲ due to heat Tawa (INDIAN FRY PAN OR GRIDDLE) Already whole wheat flat bread gettingrid from GRIDDLE OR INDIANFRYPAN). This method makes crispy. 👌 👍 - 7
Then put oil on both sides and fry it.
As your choice put some drops of oil on its outer area and spread it to inside areas.
And fry by pressing with the help of serving spoon on all sides to make more crispy. - 8
When fried take it in a plate. Layers can be shown in 3rd picture of this step and in next step picture 2nd and 3rd. Layers found on both side with crispy and less oil provide a great taste.
