Homemade Beef Burgers

Place the bread crumbs or soft bread in a bowl and moisten with a splash of milk or water. Crumble it up.

Add the moistened bread and chopped garlic to the ground beef.

Wash the parsley and finely chop the leaves.

Season with dried onion.

Add seasoned salt, freshly ground pepper, and sweet or smoked paprika.

Add the chopped parsley, mix well, and knead until you have a uniform mixture.

Use burger molds or presses to shape the patties.

Place a piece of plastic wrap down, add a spoonful of the meat mixture, then cover with another piece of plastic wrap.

Press with the burger press lid and chill in the refrigerator.

With another type of burger press, use plastic wrap, meat, and more plastic wrap.

Press and freeze if desired.
