No-Bake Cheesecake for One

I wanted to eat a no-bake cheesecake, but I thought I would end up with too much if I made it. So I came up with this recipe for times like this.
Approximate amounts of yoghurt and sugar are fine. You can use blueberry jam or whatever you like instead of strawberries if you like. For 1 serving. Recipe by Yoshi*

Steps
- 1
I used 2 cubes of Kiri cream cheese. (1 cube is 18 g)
- 2
Put the cream cheese in a ramekin and microwave for 10 seconds.
- 3
Add the sugar and mix well with a butter knife. Microwave again for 5 seconds.
- 4
Add the yogurt little by little, and mix well. An approximate amount of yoghurt is fine.
- 5
Let it chill sufficiently in the fridge. Before chilling, wipe off any cream cheese that is around the edges for a clean presentation.
- 6
Top with strawberries and there you have it, a dessert for one!
