For the crust, food process or otherwise destroy chocolate grahams. mix with butter and chocolate chips and press into pie pan.

For the filling. in sauce pan mix until smooth, water, cornstarch, cocoa and cinnamon.

Add condensed milk and egg yolks. stir constantly and cook until thick

As filling is thickening, add butter and vanilla. continue stirring and remove from heat.

Add to shell and refrigerate for a few hours. top with whipped topping or meringue.
