Marination:-- Put curd in a mixing bowl and beat it well. Now add gram flour and mix it, after that add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, pickle oil and mix it.

Add chopped paneer cubes to it and mix, keep covered for 15 minutes. Put the marinated paneer in a hot non-stick pan, pour 1 tbsp of pickle oil on it and let the paneer turn light red on low flame.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, add onions and mix after 2 minutes, add garlic and green chilies and mix.

When the onion turns light red, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and mix, cook on low flame for 1 minute. Add tomato puree, mix, cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Add ½ cup of water and cook on medium flame, when it starts boiling, add fried paneer and mix, add pickle masala and cook for some time.

Serve hot by placing hot pickled paneer in a serving plate.
