Assemble ingredients

Chop Bhindi, make paste of tomato
- 3
In a moderately heated pan add oil, add chopped Bhindi + green chili and sauté under medium flame for 7-8 minutes, cooking up to 80 %

Bhindi is fried.

In the same pan add oil, allow oil to heat, add cumin seeds + carom seeds and allow to crackle for a few seconds then add Hing, and onion and stir fry till golden brown.

Add tomato paste + salt and cook till the water from the tomato evaporates, then add all spices + little water and fry till the spices leave the oil. Add 4 tbsp water, mix well and allow a boil.

Add fried Bhindi, mix gently, cover, and cook under low flame for 6-7 minutes. Check-in between.
Keep in stand-by mode for 2 minutes and the dish is ready. - 8
Serve with Phulka or Paratha 🫓.
