Wash rice and dal add curd and water soak for 5hours.

Grind it is smooth thick consistency batter ferment it overnight.

Next day add salt,oil, turmeric powder,hing and mix it for a few minutes, heat steamer grease the dhokla mould,add eno to the batter mix it and pour in the mould steam it for 12,15min. Prepare tadka with oil mustard seeds, sesame seeds curry leaves green chilly add it to dhokla.

Cut in pieces and serve.
