First meshed boiled potatoes And then add cumin seeds,cumin powder,chilli powder,coriander leaves,green chill,mint leaves,lemon juice,salt,maggi masala,sejwan chutney or pickle.
Mix every thing nicely. - 2
Then prepare a semi loose dough of three cup wheat flour,salt,hing and one spoon oil and water.

Then take a small piece of dough and spread then fill potatoes stuffing and roll it again like a ball and spread like a paratha.

Then heat the tava and spread ghee and then roast it nicely both the side in golden brown in colour.

Prepare all paratha 's similarly. Then serve it with hot milk or tea and butter
Packed it in a tiffin box with pickle. 😋 - 6
