Healthy curry | soya chunks curry
Steps

Soak soya chunks in water about 20 min later squeeze it.

Take kadai, add 2tsp oil heat it later add jeera,onion,green chilli,garlic,ginger Saute it.

Add tomato and fry it till shrinks. Add red chilli powder,turmeric and salt.

Add soaked soya chunks and fry it with masala and add water and cook it.
