Because of jaggery and desi ghee this Sukhdi can eat any time and any age of ppl.
Steps

In a nonstick pan add melted ghee,
When ghee is warm add wheat flour and continue stir on low flame,till you get aroma and Flour becomes pinkish brown.
Now add cardamom powder and switch off the flame. - 2
Let it cool down a bit.
Now add jaggery and mix till jaggery melts in roasted flour..
Transfer the mixture in a greased still plate,
Sprinkle cardamom powder on top and leave it for complete cool down. - 3
After cooling down the Sukhdi,cut the square piece,
Remove and place it in another dish and serve..
Yummy cardamom Sukhdi is ready to eat.
