Mchicha Subji (A leafy Vegetable)

This leafy is popular in Kenya..it looks like Tandaljo Bhaji.."
Here we hv spinach,sukuma wiki,mchicha and many more..it tastes very Yummy and healthy..
ppl eat it with non vegetable, ugali or white chapati.
But I made Rice with it..

Steps

Wash the leaves,remove the stems and chop.
Chop onion tomato and garlic,
Kp asides. - 2
Take oil in a pan,
Add cumin and hing,let it crackle,
Now add chopped onion and garlic,when the onion gets soft add chopped tomato and salt.saute until tomatoes gets mashy. Add little water along with all spices. - 3
When all masala merges with tomato and onion,now it's time to add washed mchicha leaves, add rest of water and cover it.let it cook on slow flame..

In next 5 to 7 mnts the Subji will be ready..
Mix gently and switch off the flame.
Transfer it into a bowl and serve with Rice..
Enjoy healthy,tasty and yummy leafy mchicha subji..👌😋
