Ingredients

15 minutes
1-2 people
  1. 1sweet potato
  2. Generous sprinkle of sumac
  3. Pinchpaprika
  4. Drizzle of olive oil
  5. Salt (I used Moldon smoked salt)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel, rinse and chop the sweet potato into cubes

    Add the sweet potato cubes to a bowl with the other ingredients. Toss well.

    Bake in the air-fryer for 15 minutes at 180C. Shake occasionally every few minutes so the potatoes don’t stick to the bottom of the pot and burn.

    Serve in salads or as a side.
