Wash and wipe Bhindi.And slit all 4sides.
Heat oil in a pan and saute Ladies fingers for 7-10 min.. Add salt Turmeric powder and soda Saute properly.Now add slited capsicum and Maggi masala. Cook on a slow flame. - 2
In a mixing bowl mix red chilli powder cumin coriander powder turmeric powder garam masala peanut powder and 1tsp. oil
Mix it properly and add in a bhindi. And stir. For 5min.Now add chopped Tomatoes. - 3
Lastly add coriander and saute properly on a midium flame.for 4-5min.
Turn off flame. Maggi masala bhindi is ready to serve.
