In a bowl add 1/4 cup of boiled milk, add 1/4 of corn flour. Stir well and keep aside.

In a pan add 1/2 litre full cream milk, add sugar,rose syrup, rose water. Stir well. Add corn flour milk mixture.

Stir well till it thickens. Pour pudding into bowls and keep aside till it comes into room temperature.

Refrigerate for 2 hours. Garnish with cashewnuts and rose syrup. Serve chilled.
