Green rava dhokla or Suji ka Dhokla is a soft, fluffy, steamed savory cake made from rava together with palak,kothmari,peas, spices, white sesame seeds and topped with coconut and coriander leaves.

Green rava dhokla or Suji ka Dhokla is a soft, fluffy, steamed savory cake made from rava together with palak,kothmari,peas, spices, white sesame seeds and topped with coconut and coriander leaves.

Grind green peas,ginger, kothmari, palak and 2 green chilly to fine paste

Mix rava, curd and green peas paste and mix it nicely
Add water and make a batter.Add salt and keep it covered for 10 min - 3
After 10 min take it out and adjust consistency by adding water
Meanwhile grease the dhokla mould and heat the water
Add soda in batter and give a quick mix and transfer it to greased mould and bake it for 10 min - 4
Take it out and let it cool Heat oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds as it crackle add red chilly, green chilly, curry leaver and coriander leaves

Ready to enjoy as snack or in lunch box
